With breakthrough solutions, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development not only marks a big step forward in development thinking, but also opens up many specific policies and solutions that are welcomed by the business community nationwide in general and Binh Duong in particular with excitement, enthusiasm, and high expectations. In particular, many outstanding contents of the resolution are highly appreciated by the business community and experts, such as: Only inspecting and examining enterprises a maximum of once a year; prioritizing post-inspection instead of pre-inspection; exempting corporate income tax for start-ups in the first 2 years and reducing 50% in the next 4 years; reducing land rent by 30% for innovative enterprises; supporting 2% interest rate for "green" and circular projects.

According to enterprises, the new and breakthrough points in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW are the major groups of policies proposed to remove bottlenecks that have lasted for many years, especially in access to land, credit, tax, reform of administrative procedures and legal environment. This is a valuable opportunity for private enterprises to break through and rise up in the new era.

Binh Duong currently has over 77,600 enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 873,000 billion. In recent years, Binh Duong has always creatively and effectively implemented solutions to support and accompany enterprises. Binh Duong has built and implemented a good mechanism for dialogue and consultation with enterprises to create a favorable investment and business environment. In particular, the provincial leaders have directed functional sectors to focus on reforming administrative procedures to serve enterprises and have achieved positive results. Thereby creating conditions for enterprises to develop in a favorable business environment, contributing to improving the province's competitiveness. The business community has also been proactively turning difficulties into opportunities, restructuring production models, promoting investment in applying science and technology, developing green economy , digital economy, and circular economy.

Believing that, with timely and effective policies and guidelines from Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo , together with the participation of all levels, sectors and localities so that the resolution can soon come into life, the private economic sector and private enterprises will develop more strongly, contributing positively to the growth of the country in general and Binh Duong in particular.
