With its groundbreaking solutions, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the private economy not only marks a major step forward in development thinking but also opens up many specific policies and solutions that have been received with enthusiasm and high expectations by the business community nationwide, and in Binh Duong in particular. Among these, many outstanding contents of the resolution have been highly appreciated by the business community and experts, such as: limiting business inspections to a maximum of once a year; prioritizing post-inspection over pre-inspection; exempting start-ups from corporate income tax for the first two years and reducing it by 50% for the following four years; reducing land rent by 30% for innovative businesses; and providing a 2% interest rate subsidy for "green" and circular projects.

According to businesses, the new and groundbreaking points in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW are that the major policy groups proposed all aim to remove long-standing bottlenecks, especially in access to land, credit, taxes, administrative procedure reform, and the legal environment. This is a valuable opportunity for private businesses to break through and thrive in the new era.

Binh Duong currently has over 77,600 businesses with a total registered capital exceeding 873,000 billion VND. Over the years, Binh Duong has consistently implemented innovative and effective solutions to support and accompany businesses. The province has built and successfully implemented a mechanism for dialogue and consultation with businesses to create a favorable investment and business environment. In particular, the provincial leadership has directed relevant agencies to focus on reforming administrative procedures to serve businesses, achieving positive results. This has created favorable conditions for businesses to develop, contributing to enhancing the province's competitiveness. The business community has also been proactively transforming difficulties into opportunities, restructuring production models, promoting investment in the application of science and technology, and developing a green economy , digital economy, and circular economy.

We are confident that, with timely and effective policies and guidelines from Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo , along with the involvement of all levels, sectors, and localities to ensure the resolution is implemented effectively, the private sector and private enterprises will develop even more strongly, making a positive contribution to the growth of the country in general and Binh Duong in particular.
