According to Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long, customers will receive maximum support regarding room reservations.

Speaking with VietNamNet reporter , representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh said that they had previously received a report about the suspension of operations of the Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long hotel.

This hotel is invested by DOJILAND Real Estate Investment Company Limited, then the company signed a 5-year contract with the world famous Best Western hotel management group.

Due to the expiration of the contract, the hotel will be returned to DOJILAND Real Estate Investment Company Limited to study new business plans.

For customers who have booked rooms after April 1, Best Western hotel management group will compensate and support booking rooms with equivalent services at other hotels in Ha Long City.

"Some hotel staff will be retained by the investor after the new business model is established, the remaining staff will be supported financially while looking for jobs. After ceasing operations, the hotel will remove the signboard as soon as possible," said a representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh.

This hotel is a luxury high-rise apartment building with 1,005 rooms, which was purchased by residents when the building was eligible for trading. After that, the residents signed a business cooperation agreement with the building's operator.
