According to Mr. Tran Minh Thai, Chairman of Ninh Hai District People's Committee, the mural has contributed to beautifying the environmental landscape, erasing "black spots" of waste, and at the same time promoting the role of the people in implementing the movement of the whole country joining hands to build new rural areas. In the coming time, the district will continue to complete the painting and plant flowers along the wall, creating a highlight for tourists and locals to visit.

In the program to launch the emulation movement on planting and caring for trees, building model flower roads, painting murals, and environmental sanitation in the period of 2021-2025, the People's Committee of Ninh Hai district has issued a Plan to organize the Ninh Hai district mural painting contest.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Head of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, assessed that the event of the mural wall in Ninh Hai being listed in the Vietnam Record Book is both a source of pride and a shared responsibility of the government and people in preserving the environmental landscape, promoting cultural values, and developing the local tourism potential.
