Students were organized by Squadron 102 to visit the Coast Guard ship.

At the program, students attended the flag-raising ceremony with officers and soldiers of Squadron 102. The flag-raising ceremony not only helps students improve their sense of organization and discipline but also arouses national pride and civic responsibility right from their school age. Next, students visited and experienced the reality on the Coast Guard ship. This activity helps students better understand the life, training and work of marine soldiers in a regular, modern military environment.

Students are also educated about the law on seas and islands, protecting sovereignty , and fighting against illegal fishing (IUU) in an age-appropriate manner, helping to raise awareness and foster love for the homeland's seas and islands.

"I am a Coast Guard soldier" is a meaningful national defense and security education model, organized systematically, scientifically and flexibly by Squadron 102. Through the program, the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" - Coast Guard soldiers continues to be widely spread, contributing to building a position of people's hearts, nurturing future generations with strong qualities, bravery and ideals.
