Faced with the complex and unpredictable developments of the storm, the islands of Truong Sa special zone, Brigade 146, Naval Region 4 continue to synchronously deploy response measures, aiming to ensure absolute safety for people, fishermen and forces on duty. The islands urgently reinforce disaster prevention works; check communication and storm notification systems; fully stock up on food, fresh water and essential supplies. The shelter system is open 24/7, ready to welcome people and vehicles for shelter.

At the ports of Song Tu Tay, Sinh Ton, Truong Sa, Da Tay, Nam Yet, Phan Vinh... more than 200 fishing boats with over 2,500 fishermen have anchored safely. Officers and soldiers have provided accommodation, more than 20,000 liters of fresh water and necessities, helping people feel secure during the complicated storm.
The Special Zone continues to intensify propaganda, requiring fishermen to absolutely not enter dangerous areas; coordinate with the Border Guard and on-duty forces to promptly call on boats to take shelter. Currently, forces on the archipelago strictly maintain on-duty regime, continuously update storm developments, issue weather reports and proactively implement all rescue plans, determined not to be passive or surprised.
