Following the success of the previous two seasons, Cho Lon Food Festival - Food Story 2025 returns with a more impressive scale. The program takes place from 9am on December 5 to the evening of December 7, bringing the typical cultural space of An Dong, Cho Lon and Cho Quan areas, Ho Chi Minh City.

With the theme "Fragrance, Color, and Five Flavors", this year's festival celebrates the subtle combination of aroma, color, and five basic flavors in the art of cooking. It is also an opportunity to honor the long-standing cultural blend between the Vietnamese and the Chinese community living and developing together in the area.

This year's festival includes 59 standard booths, introducing more than 300 dishes from famous restaurants and eateries.

The 3rd Cho Lon Food Festival 2025 takes place at the Cultural - Sports Service Supply Center of An Dong Ward.

Mr. Tai, a restaurant representative, said the festival menu is extremely rich with Yangzhou fried rice, shredded chicken, banh lot, fried taro, spicy spring rolls, bread pudding, Sichuan dumplings... "To show our gratitude to customers, we apply a flat price of 60,000 VND for each dish" - he emphasized.

The festival is also a place for chefs to show off their creativity. At the booth of Restaurant 138 (part of the restaurant chain on Tran Hung Dao Street), diners have the opportunity to enjoy the unique "3-flavor vermicelli" (a combination of spicy, fatty and soup flavors), Singapore crab rice, shark fin soup, shrimp with mayonnaise sauce...

Hundreds of dishes with rich Chinese cuisine converge at Cho Lon Food Festival

Not only can visitors experience the cuisine, they can also directly participate in preparing delicious dishes with professional chefs; enjoy special Lion and Dragon performances and nightly cultural exchange programs.

Another highlight of this year's festival is the parade of 100 bicycles, taking visitors to "check-in" typical tourist destinations in the area.
