Today, January 11, FPT mobile network - MVNO launched nationwide with the prefix 0775 and this network cooperates to use the infrastructure of MobiFone network to provide telecommunications services to customers.
The time to deploy a technical system for a new MVNO network operator will normally take from 12 to 15 months. However, with the advantage of technology and support from FPT Corporation, within only 6 months of being officially licensed, FPT Retail has completed the process of investing in hardware and software systems to officially deploy and ensure the best service to customers.
FPT mobile services will also apply advanced technologies such as Cloud computing, Chat BOT, AI... to improve service capacity and meet customer needs as well as comply with telecommunications industry regulations and standards for ESG sustainable development.
FPT Retail hopes to combine the advantages of units within the same group to achieve synergy effects such as: developing business customer groups (telecommunications solutions for businesses), household customers (internet - television combination), customers using IoT, M2M services. For example, owning a system of more than 800 FPT Shop stores nationwide, each year, FPT Retail sells over 1.5 million smartphones as well as various IoT devices and is an agent providing mobile telecommunications services to hundreds of thousands of customers.
