Following the success of the first season called Cat Ba Sunset Colors 2024 , the VTV LPBank International Marathon 2025 will officially take place on August 16, 2025 at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, Vinh Phuc Province. The event will be broadcast live on VTV2 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the same day. This is a large-scale sporting event, attracting thousands of professional and amateur athletes from all over the world to participate.

With a unique running route winding along Dai Lai Lake, blending contemporary architectural works and lush natural landscapes, the race promises to bring athletes a classy and inspiring experience. Each step of the athlete on the running route is not only a personal challenge, but also an immersion in the flow of history, recreating VTV's journey of overcoming challenges to reach success.

The VTV LPBank International Marathon 2025 is a meaningful sporting event towards the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), welcoming the 55th anniversary of the first television program broadcast of Vietnam Television (September 7, 1970 - September 7, 2025). Through the theme Rhythm Through Time , the Organizing Committee wishes to spread the spirit of enduring sports, at the same time pay tribute to the legacies of the past and inspire a dynamic future, continuing the mission of connecting millions of Vietnamese hearts. Through each season, Vietnam Television and the Organizing Committee also wish to build a series of large-scale, prestigious and quality running competitions for the community of people who are passionate and love running, thereby promoting tourism, culture and boosting the economy of Vinh Phuc province in particular and Vietnam in general.

The VTV LPBank International Marathon 2025 continues to be accompanied by Loc Phat Bank Vietnam (LPBank). Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Ho Nam Tien - Permanent Vice Chairman of LPBank's Board of Directors shared: " Accompanying the VTV LPBank International Marathon, we wish to convey the image of a flexible, modern LPBank, connecting the community, accompanying each individual on the journey to overcome limits and reach success".
In addition to LPBank as a companion unit, the tournament also received support from units such as Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, Pr Sport, Revive, Ibiero Beer, TRON2 Muscle Relaxation Service, TH Water. The coordination between units aims to organize an international-class marathon, bringing many memorable experiences to participants.
