Saigon Eyes reaches 1,000 personalized myopia removals with EYESignature™ - welcomes CEO of SCHWIND Group to visit and congratulate

On this occasion, SCHWIND presented the Medal and Certificate of Personalized Refractive Surgery Expert to the Saigon Eye team, in recognition of the milestone of 1,000 successful EYESignature™ treatments - a meaningful achievement in the strategic cooperation between the two parties.

As the largest eye hospital system in the country, Saigon Eye is trusted by SCHWIND Group to be a strategic partner in Vietnam, accompanying the development and application of modern ophthalmic technologies. This cooperation helps hospitals continuously update new technologies, while improving the expertise of medical staff through training from foreign experts - contributing to bringing the quality of treatment in Vietnam to international standards.

In April 2025, Saigon Eye is proud to be the first unit in Vietnam to deploy the EYESignature™ personalized myopia correction technology - a solution to design a laser protocol to correct refractive errors according to each person's unique 3D corneal map, developed on the basis of advanced technology from SCHWIND. This is the only myopia correction technology that can treat high-order aberrations - microscopic abnormalities in the eye that cause glare, night vision, or the condition of being able to see objects but with poor contrast and not sharp.
