According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on September 15, the area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 20 to 40mm, locally over 90mm (rain concentrated in the evening and at night).
From the evening until September 16, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30mm, locally over 60mm.
Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Warning: From the night of September 16 to the night of September 17, the Central Highlands and the South will continue to have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall of 20-50mm, locally over 90mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night).
Heavy rain in the Central Highlands and the South is likely to last until around September 18-19.
Heavy rain and localized heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.

The lowest temperature is 24-27 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas, some places will be below 24 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is 32-35 degrees Celsius, some places will be above 35 degrees Celsius.
- Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue: In the North (from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh), it is cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and evening, sunny during the day, and hot in some places; in the South, it is cloudy, with rain in the afternoon and evening, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain, light wind.

- Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Afternoon and night rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Southwest wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees C. Highest temperature 31-34 degrees C.
- Central Highlands: Moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. West to southwest wind level 3. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Lowest temperature 20-23 degrees C. Highest temperature 27-30 degrees C.
- Southern region: Moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Southwest wind level 3. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 30-33 degrees, some places above 33 degrees.
