Northern region
According to records, the price of live pigs today (November 15, 2024) in the North today remains stable, fluctuating from 62,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
In particular, localities such as Lao Cai and Ninh Binh traded at 62,000 VND/kg, the lowest in the region. At the same time, live pigs in Hanoi and Phu Tho were priced at 64,000 VND/kg, the highest in the country.
The remaining provinces such as Bac Giang; Yen Bai ; Hung Yen; Hai Duong; Nam Dinh; Thai Nguyen; Phu Tho; Thai Binh; Ha Nam; Vinh Phuc; Tuyen Quang remained at 63,000 VND/kg.
Central Highlands region
According to records, the price of live pigs today in the Central Highlands provinces also remained unchanged this morning.
Currently, the price of live pigs in this area is being bought and sold at a difference of 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg, with the price of 62,000 VND/kg appearing in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Lam Dong.
The localities of Quang Tri; Thua Thien Hue; Quang Nam; Quang Ngai; Khanh Hoa; Dak Lak; Ninh Thuan; Binh Thuan maintained at 60,000 VND/kg. Binh Dinh alone was around 61,000 VND/kg.
Southern region
According to records, in the Southern region, the price of live pigs today increased slightly in Ben Tre and Soc Trang, both reaching 62,000 VND/kg, the same price as Long An and Dong Thap.
The latest survey shows that Southern traders are purchasing live pigs at around 60,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Of which, 63,000 VND/kg is recorded in Can Tho and Ca Mau.
In general, after continuing to increase in some southern provinces, the price of live pigs nationwide is fluctuating between 60,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
