Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue was dismissed from her position because she had been disciplined with a warning. The reason was that as principal, Ms. Hue had many shortcomings and violations in implementing regulations on professional regulations, non-budgetary revenues and expenditures, and financial management and public assets.

Previously, in 2020, Tien Phong newspaper reported on Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue's violations when she was the Principal of Chu Van An High School, including arbitrarily cutting class periods and illegally collecting extra class fees. After that, Ms. Hue committed other violations but was not completely handled and was transferred to become the Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School in 2023.

Afterwards, a teacher at Chu Van An High School filed a complaint against the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province for allegedly "covering up and unfairly supporting Ms. Hue" when she was the Principal of Chu Van An High School.

The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee concluded that in the past 24 months, Ms. Hue had committed the same violation twice and had to be disciplined with a warning. However, the Department of Education and Training issued a document "severely criticizing" Ms. Hue, which was not in accordance with regulations.

While serving as Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School, Ms. Hue was accused of many violations. Notably, in the 2024-2025 school year, 16 12th grade students at Cao Ba Quat High School dropped out of school. Many students were said to have "voluntarily" submitted applications to reserve their results or wrote applications to leave school when the high school graduation exam was near.

In which, student HGB, after "voluntarily" submitting an application to reserve his results, asked to go back to school but was rejected by Ms. Hue with the reason "Not approved for graduation exam, did not pass the exam. The school has erased his record...".

After the press reported, the Department of Education and Training stepped in and concluded that the student's application to reserve learning results with confirmation from the teacher and confirmation from the Principal was not in accordance with the regulations according to Circular No. 32/2020 of the Ministry of Education and Training . The responsibility lies with the homeroom teacher whose students wrote the application to reserve learning results and the principal confirmed on the reservation application.

Among the students who "voluntarily" reserved their study results, 4 returned to school and all passed the high school graduation exam. HGB became a nursing student.
