People's Hospital 115 (HCMC) has just sent an official dispatch to the Southern representative office of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and competent authorities regarding social networks spreading false information about this unit.
Accordingly, through review, People's Hospital 115 learned that some social media accounts posted many untrue contents and posted images of hospital leaders without consent.

Specifically, recently, a clip on social media recorded the scene of parking lot number 816 Su Van Hanh, Ward 12, District 10 with a woman's voice saying "People's Hospital 115, everyone, this parking lot. One day they charge 200,000 VND for parking. The parking lot is right at 816 Su Van Hanh, Ward 12, District 10. Everyone who comes here, be careful, everyone".
In addition, the owner of this channel also intentionally filmed the entire People's Hospital 115, both blocks, to attribute the parking lot to the hospital. Even more dangerous, this person equated the concept of charging high parking fees with the concept of hospitals charging high medical examination and treatment fees to pick the pockets of patients.
However, according to the official dispatch, People's Hospital 115 emphasized that the parking lot at 816 Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 12, District 10 does not belong to this unit. Therefore, this post is baseless information, distorting the truth about service fee collection activities at People's Hospital 115.
In addition, this clip also used the image of Dr. Tran Van Song, Director of People's Hospital 115, and captioned it "Tran Van Song - Director of Hospital 115, Ho Chi Minh City - Hospital 115 pickpockets people".
According to People's Hospital 115, the accounts arbitrarily posted photos of the hospital director on social networks without permission. This behavior not only violated privacy and personal image but also defamed and insulted the hospital.
People's Hospital 115 believes that the posting of this distorted information is intended to defame its reputation, cause public confusion and mislead its employees, especially the majority of patients, customers, and those who are visiting and receiving treatment at the unit.
The information in the video is completely false, seriously affecting the image, reputation and legitimate rights of People's Hospital 115.
Accordingly, People's Hospital 115 recommends that units support the hospital in requesting relevant organizations and individuals to remove articles, stop posting false content and negatively affect the hospital; help the hospital focus on doing a good job of medical examination and treatment to serve the people.
Require the violating accounts to publicly post corrections and apologize to the hospital and the public for the inaccurate information that has been spread; At the same time, support and assist the hospital in investigating, verifying and strictly handling violations of the law in accordance with regulations.
On the same day, People's Hospital 115 also issued a notice to patients, relatives and customers about the above incident.
