A stock increased shockingly 48% while VN-Index was sluggish

(NLDO) - FLC leaders said that an American investment fund wants to buy 20% of FLC shares.


* VTP : At the end of the trading session on November 12, VTP shares of Viettel Post Corporation (Viettel Post) continued to close in purple, increasing by 6.98% to VND113,400/share. Since the beginning of October, VTP shares have increased by about 48% despite the sluggish stock market and gloomy trading around 1,250 points. The company's stock price is at a historical peak, with a market capitalization exceeding VND13,800 billion.

* HAG: A purple stock in the midst of the gloomy season of VN-Index is HAG of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company. This stock price increased by 6.67% in the session of November 12, up to 11,200 VND/share, with a record matched volume of more than 26.3 million units. Surprisingly, HAG stock increased by the ceiling even though the business results for the first 9 months of 2024 just announced were not too bright.

* VHM : Vinhomes Joint Stock Company has just announced the Minutes of the vote counting and the Resolution of the shareholders' meeting after collecting written opinions for the second time, approving the following contents: Adding business lines; Amending and supplementing the company charter; Listing bonds on foreign stock exchanges. Accordingly, as of October 23, Vinhomes had 45,230 shareholders, representing 4.35 billion outstanding shares.

* FLC: On the morning of November 12, FLC Group (stock code: FLC) successfully held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. FLC leaders said that an American investment fund wanted to buy 20% of FLC shares. The Group terminated 14 real estate projects, earning VND450 billion and owing more than VND1,000 billion in land rent.

The stock market has been fluctuating and accumulating for many months, around 1,250 points.

* NLG: Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company, an organization related to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan, a member of the Board of Directors of Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company, has just registered to sell 3.3 million NLG shares to restructure its investment portfolio. The transaction is expected to take place from November 14 to December 13, by order matching or negotiation.

* HHV : Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company has just announced the Board of Directors' Resolution on increasing charter capital through private offering of shares. HHV plans to privately offer 41.5 million shares, accounting for 9.6% of charter capital at a price of VND 10,000/share.

* BVH: Bao Viet Group (stock code: BVH) on November 20 will close the list of interim dividend payments for 2023 at a rate of 10.037%, equivalent to shareholders owning 1 share will receive 1,003.7 VND, expected payment date is December 20, 2024.

* MZG: On the morning of November 12, Miza Joint Stock Company shares officially started trading on the UPCoM (HNX) with the code MZG. Accordingly, more than 99.9 million MZG shares were listed on the UPCoM exchange with a reference price of VND 11,900/share. This price is equivalent to the capitalization value of MZG of about VND 1,189 billion. At the end of the trading session on the morning of November 12, MZG shares were temporarily recorded at VND 12,700/share, and the trading volume was more than 700,000 shares.

* VIS Rating: 33% of bonds maturing in November are at risk of late principal payment. According to VIS Rating, in October 2024, there were no new late-payment bonds, but in November, it is likely that 14 out of 42 bonds maturing are at risk of late principal payment.
