At the regular Government Press Conference on the afternoon of August 7, 2025, Major General Tong Van Thanh, Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, said that the organization of the military parade in the celebration of the 80th National Day on September 2, 2025 has been assigned by the Central Government to the Ministry of National Defense to preside over, coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security , the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi City and relevant departments, ministries, branches, agencies and units, and will be carried out at Ba Dinh Square on the morning of September 2, 2025.
