Floods directly affect the structure of the railway bridge spans and piers in the Central region.

Heavy rains lasting from November 17 to now in the Central region to Khanh Hoa have seriously affected many sections of the railway. In particular, since November 18 in Gia Lai province, heavy rainfall from upstream has increased, causing the water level at Luat Le 1 bridge (Km01+606) and Luat Le 2 bridge (Km02+729) to rise abnormally, with strong currents, directly threatening the structure of the span and the abutment.
