- According to information from Lang Son Hydrometeorological Station, flood water levels on Trung River and Bac Giang River are rising rapidly and exceeding alert level 3.

Specifically, at 8:00 a.m. on October 7, the water level of Trung River at Huu Lung Hydrological Station was 1993 cm, 93 cm above alarm level 3; the water level on Bac Giang River at Van Mich Hydrological Station was 19081 cm, 81 cm above alarm level 3.

In the next 6-12 hours, flood on Trung River will continue to rise rapidly and fluctuate at level above alert 3. Bac Giang River will rise rapidly above alert 3 and peak on the afternoon of October 7.

High levels of river flooding can cause flooding of low-lying riverside areas, flash floods, landslides, and inundation, endangering people's lives and property.
Currently, relevant levels and sectors are quickly supporting people in low-lying and vulnerable areas to evacuate people and property to safety.
