Muong La guides the implementation of online public services for grassroots officials

Training conference on using online public services in 2025.

The training content covers basic knowledge and skills on: Online file management; skills to support people in performing administrative procedures at home. In addition, Muong La district will install 3G wifi transmitters in 60 villages in 15 communes with weak phone and internet signals; equip 1 45-inch TV and 1 desktop computer or 1 laptop with internet connection to meet the requirements of performing online public services for 33 villages and sub-districts that do not have computers.

The training and equipment installation class helps people have stable internet access, serving their learning needs, searching for information and performing online public services right in the village, contributing to promoting digital transformation, building digital government and digital citizens.

Officers of the District Department of Culture, Science and Information guide Party cell secretaries and heads of villages and sub-regions to access, exploit and use the online public service system on their phones.
