Muong Toong deploys propaganda plan to welcome the 1st Commune Party Congress

On August 12, 2025, Muong Toong Commune People's Committee issued Plan No. 14/KH-UBND to deploy propaganda activities to welcome the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030; towards the 15th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The objective of the Plan is to raise the awareness of cadres, party members and people about the meaning and importance of Party Congresses at all levels; create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, striving to complete the set goals and tasks. At the same time, through propaganda work, it helps people understand the viewpoints, policies, orientations and achievements in the Party's innovation process; firmly protect the Party's ideological foundation, fight against false information and distorted arguments of hostile forces.

Propaganda activities will be deployed in a variety of ways, suitable to local conditions: Building news, articles, special pages, columns, and propaganda topics on social networking sites (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, etc.), Commune radio stations; hanging banners, slogans, banners, posters; integrating propaganda through cultural, artistic, physical education, and sports activities, etc.

According to the Plan, the propaganda work is divided into 4 phases:

Phase 1 : From the beginning of August 2025 to before the opening of the 1st Commune Party Congress, focus on disseminating the results of implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

Phase 2 : From September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025, the peak of propaganda to serve the preparation and organization of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Phase 3 : From after the 15th Provincial Party Congress to before the 14th National Party Congress.

Phase 4 : After the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The synchronous and timely implementation of propaganda activities will contribute to creating social consensus, arousing the spirit of solidarity and determination to successfully implement the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels.
