Standing at 1.68m tall with measurements of 85-61-93cm, Mlô H Senaivi (candidate number 176) stands out with her bright smile. Born in 2001 in Dak Lak , the 24-year-old girl has overcome many barriers to become a shining example for the ethnic minority community.

Senaivi's academic achievements have caught the attention of many people: Graduated from high school with honors in the US with a scholarship of 14,000 USD, currently studying Fine Arts at the University of Illinois Chicago with a scholarship of 9,000 USD/year. Not only that, Senaivi is also fluent in 3 languages, has experience as a bilingual MC and collaborates with many famous brands.

"Although this is my first beauty contest and I don't have much experience, I consider it a motivation to break through. I know I'm new and inexperienced, but I'm not afraid. That's my strength because I can learn quickly, overcome my own limits and demonstrate a spirit of progress, constantly striving to make a difference," she shared with VietNamNet.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Senaivi and her family were severely affected both mentally and financially. She used to live a closed and withdrawn life. However, this crisis became an important turning point, helping Senaivi become more mature, learn to appreciate the values ​​she has, love herself, her family and always look towards the positive.

What Senaivi is most proud of is not her academic achievements or appearance, but her "relentless efforts and hard work every day." She confided: "I am not afraid of difficulties or challenges, but always face them, find ways to improve and perfect myself. If we always have a progressive spirit and a desire to learn, we will surely reap success one day."

The failure in the preliminary round of Miss Universe Vietnam 2025 in the debate with Phuong Linh taught Senaivi a valuable lesson: "Never be afraid to step back from difficulties or challenges. Senaivi is especially attached to her grandmother, an Ede woman who cannot speak Vietnamese. Although she can only communicate in a few Ede words, the moments spent with her grandmother are deeply engraved in her mind and become a strong source of inspiration for her.

"She always taught me about the traditions and language, the beauty of the Ede people and their culture. Now that I'm an adult, I always feel grateful and appreciate the values ​​she brought. This is one of the inspirations for me to participate in Miss Universe Vietnam with the desire to honor the beauty of the nation," Senaivi shared.

Senaivi is fluent in 3 languages.

Her parents - the biggest inspiration in Senaivi's life - work in the medical field. They overcame language barriers and poverty to build a career. They taught her to be honest, upright, hardworking and have a kind heart.

According to Senaivi, her biggest advantage in the contest is not only her external beauty but also her unique cultural identity. "I am not the best interviewer, nor do I often use flowery or literary words, but what I have is sincerity. My words and actions all come from my heart and I believe this is a good value that people should have" - ​​the beauty confided.

When asked about a historical or modern figure she would like to meet and talk to, Senaivi did not hesitate to choose Michelle Obama - the former First Lady of the United States. "Michelle Obama is a smart, talented and strong woman. Her statements always inspire me in life and give me the strength to do meaningful things," Senaivi shared.

She has experience as a bilingual MC and impressive academic achievements.

In the context of modern society, Senaivi believes that the most admirable quality of Vietnamese women is strength. She confessed: "There were times when I felt helpless and cried silently because of the difficulties I encountered. Instead of giving in, I chose to stand up and continue my journey of choice. When asked about the definition of love, Senaivi shared that it is difficult to describe in words because everything comes from the heart of each person. If she becomes Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2025, Senaivi hopes to promote and maintain the traditional beauty of the Ede ethnic group, starting with preserving long stilt houses and the craft of hand-weaving brocade costumes.

The semi-final and final nights of Miss Universe Vietnam will take place on June 17 and June 21 respectively in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa .
