Masterise Homes began to make headlines in January 2021, with the world’s largest branded real estate project in partnership with Marriott International. In the following two years, despite the pandemic, the company continuously announced 8 more luxury apartment projects.

Right from its first project, Masterise Homes has been famous for its commitment to international quality. The developer is confident that cooperation with international brands will help "realize" this commitment. In 2023, the real estate giant is gradually proving to the market its ability to "say and do" with a series of projects that have been and are being handed over in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Hanoi: Successfully setting new international standards

The initial success in the handover chain of Masterise Homes is the response from the capital's residents to the first "Northward" project: Masteri Waterfront (Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area, Hanoi). Sharing on the day of receiving the house in July 2023, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son (Hanoi) said: " The quality of the apartment handover from the investor is unquestionable. Taking advantage of this success, Masterise Homes has just handed over its second project in the capital - Masteri West Heights. To date, hundreds of apartments have been handed over and residents are ready to settle down in their new homes. With a synchronous and ready-to-operate internal utility system, residents can move in or rent out their homes immediately.

Ho Chi Minh City: first luxury apartment complex handed over

As the first project in Vietnam and the largest in the world under the Marriott brand, Grand Marina Saigon is highly expected by the market for its quality of handover. After nearly 3 years of construction, at the end of October 2023, the first tower was 100% completed with amenities and was handed over to Marriott International for management and operation. At the same time, the Lake building was officially opened on the morning of November 14, marking the milestone of the first Marriott branded apartments in Vietnam coming into operation.

To reach the handover stage, this project must go through 5 strict quality inspections. The first is from Mace - a British construction supervision partner, ensuring the construction progress and handover. The interior quality is "double" inspected by HBA - an interior design unit from the US, and IFO - a leading interior finishing unit from Italy, taking care of everything from handcrafting, installation, finishing the apartment, hallways and utilities.

The fourth inspection layer is the Masterise Homes team with international experts with decades of experience in real estate development in Dubai, the US, Europe, etc. Finally, there is Marriott International - inspecting and guaranteeing quality and service according to Marriott global standards.

In addition to the branded project, Masterise Homes will also hand over LUMIÈRE riverside (Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) and two projects Masteri Centre Point and LUMIÈRE Boulevard in the Grand Park urban area (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
