On August 3, Khao Sod newspaper reported that famous Thai singer Peck Palitchoke was suddenly attacked by a young man with a knife at a gas station in Bang Kapi district, Bangkok at around 1:30 a.m.

According to initial reports, Peck suffered a deep cut to his chin and was bleeding profusely but was still conscious when he was discovered. Police and volunteer medical teams arrived promptly to provide first aid and took him to Kasemrad Hospital for treatment. Hospital representatives confirmed that Peck is currently out of danger and is being closely monitored.

The male singer had his bleeding stopped by medical staff at the scene.

Police arrested the 21-year-old suspect at the scene with a 20cm knife. At the investigation agency, this person claimed that the action was "self-defense", however, the police are still continuing to clarify the real cause of the incident.

On social networks, fans expressed their concerns and wished the male singer a speedy recovery.
