Improve the quality of reserve mobilization

He said: "Every time I put on the blue uniform, I feel like I am young again. When the training season comes, I and my teammates enthusiastically compete, ensuring "solid theory, solid practice, good training, good shooting".

Present at the training ground of Brigade 368, soldiers of frame B of Ha Trung district reserve mobilization battalion are enthusiastically practicing. The squads are training their unarmed troops following the command of the commander. Looking at the officers and soldiers performing the movements of commanding the troops... despite the sweat soaking their backs, their faces still show their passion and effort in practicing.

It is known that in this training session, Ha Trung district received 82 reserve soldiers. The unit coordinated with Brigade 368, Corps 12 to do a good job of ensuring the training ground, accommodation... to meet the training requirements. The District Military Command prepared the training content well, the lesson plans were prepared and approved seriously and closely by the teaching staff. With the motto "basic, practical, solid", the training was close to the actual combat situation, ensuring that the training was solid. At the same time, training was closely combined with discipline training, proactively maintaining strictness and fully implementing 11 daily regimes, 3 regimes per week like a soldier on active duty.

Talking to us, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Deputy Commander of the Military Command of Ha Trung District said: “The unit always focuses on innovating the content and program to ensure it is close to each student, balancing theory and practice; increasing the time for night training, individual and squad practice training; focusing on training the character, style, and squad command actions close to the responsibilities of the students. Thereby, contributing to building a national defense, building an increasingly solid defense area, maintaining political security, ensuring social order and safety, in order to create favorable conditions for local development”.

In Hau Loc district, the District Military Command has coordinated well with local departments, branches and organizations to grasp the source and manage reserve officers. With the training perspective of "Reserve as permanent", combining theory with practice, taking practice as the main thing, ensuring each content is solid and concise, close to the task, combat object, and operating area. At the same time, strictly maintaining the prescribed regimes, ensuring absolute safety in training, therefore, the annual training results reach 100% of the requirements. From there, building motivation and awareness for the reserve officer team about their responsibility for the task of building and defending the Fatherland.

In recent years, the Hoang Hoa District Military Command has done a good job of registering and strictly managing the reserve mobilization resources; organizing the review and arrangement of high-quality reserve soldiers. In 2025, the District Military Command mobilized enough troops, organized serious and complete training courses. During the training process, the unit strictly maintained the regime, military regulations and classroom regulations, and conducted classes according to the prescribed plan, ensuring the correct and complete program. Through the training, the awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers of frame B were raised, ensuring strictness, safety and absoluteness during the training process.

Talking to us, Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Son Ha, Deputy Political Commissar of the Hoang Hoa District Military Command, said: “During the training period, the District Military Command directed and coordinated with the District Youth Union to organize activities to dredge canals, clear sewers, and clean up the central roads of But Son town; help disadvantaged policy households consolidate their houses, renovate ponds and gardens, contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; organize propaganda about the traditions of the District Army and Armed Forces for high schools to serve the military recruitment and military recruitment work in the district.”

To build a quality reserve force to meet current mission requirements, the Provincial Military Command has closely coordinated with local Party committees and authorities, directed the Military Commands of districts, towns and cities in managing, inspecting, checking, arranging, receiving, and handing over reserve soldiers and technical equipment, organizing and arranging staffing into units to ensure quality, proper military professionalism, and readiness to mobilize to perform assigned tasks.

Thanks to the proactive and synchronous implementation of measures, creating a solid change in the work of building the reserve mobilization force, the activities of this force in the province have increasingly gone into depth and promoted practical effectiveness. This is an important basis for reserve soldiers to continue to strive to fulfill their tasks well in the coming time, in order to meet the requirements of the task in all situations, contributing to the good implementation of the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
