Coming to Sin Ho district, in the communes and villages, we no longer see images of abandoned production land or people cultivating in the traditional way, relying on nature, but on the fields, fields, and hills, many types of crops have been covered; machinery has been widely used to increase labor productivity and reduce labor costs. In particular, many economic models of effective cultivation and livestock farming have appeared. These results mostly come from vocational training classes, training, and technology transfer organized by localities in coordination with specialized agencies of districts and provinces to improve the quality of rural labor resources. At the same time, there are also support policies from the State to produce and create livelihoods for farmers.
To ensure that rural workers have regular jobs, the District People's Committee established a working group to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and towns to propagate and mobilize people to change their production methods, not to wait or rely on support sources. Regularly organize inspections and evaluate the actual effectiveness of production models implemented at the grassroots level as well as preferential support sources disbursed to union members, association members and farmers. Survey the terrain and climate, orient the grassroots to deploy to farmers to put into production suitable and quality crop and livestock varieties. Open short-term vocational training classes right at the grassroots level, creating favorable conditions for students to participate. Encourage organizations and businesses to expand investment and recruit local workers. For places with strengths in tourism development, mobilize people to preserve cultural identity, improve the environment, learn how to do tourism to create more jobs. In addition, encourage young people to go abroad to work.

Boldly changing the crop structure through investing in ginseng cultivation, people in Phang So Lin commune (Sin Ho district) have jobs and increased income.

Thanks to appropriate methods, the rate of employed workers in the district has gradually increased, people are enthusiastic about production, applying science and technology, and new methods into practice. Many households contribute capital to build economic models, invest in quality crops and breeds. Typical models include: raising bamboo rats and porcupines in Nam Cha commune; building fish cages in Nam Ma and Chan Nua communes; growing ginseng in highland communes; growing fruit trees in Noong Heo, Nam Tam, Lung Thang, Phin Ho communes... Especially in communes such as Sa De Phin, Ma Quai, Phang So Lin, Pu Sam Cap, Nam Ma, which are blessed by nature with many beautiful, pristine landscapes with waterfalls, streams, primeval forests, and ancient tea hills, people actively learn and build community tourism spots.
Mr. Quang Van Nam in Noong Heo 2 village (Noong Heo commune) said: After attending vocational training classes and gaining experience as a hired worker, I invested in a grocery store. With capital, I continued to invest in entertainment services. I hired 2 workers in the village with a salary of 5 - 6 million VND/person/month.
Now, models of growing ginseng, tea, fruit trees, and various vegetables with an area of nearly 2,800 hectares have been deployed in the district; in which a number of enterprises have linked up to invest in infrastructure and high-tech production, attracting local workers to participate with stable salaries. When they have skills, many people have invested in production themselves, enriching local agricultural products. Not only that, in lowland communes with rubber areas, companies have established farms and rubber processing factories, opening up many job opportunities for local workers. Crops such as rice, corn, large livestock and poultry farming are developing. In particular, 3,000 hectares of cassava planted annually bring high profits, with some localities earning nearly 20 billion VND/year. Trade and services are also very developed with types such as: food services, car and motorbike repair, motels, entertainment venues, grocery stores, etc.
To date, the number of employed workers in the district is 54,993; the rate of trained, fostered, and educated workers compared to the total workforce is 57.6%. In 2024, 1,160 workers will be given new jobs, of which 525 will be trained. Over the past year, 67 people have participated in labor export.
Comrade Ly Thi Na - Vice Chairman of Sin Ho District People's Committee said: To continue improving the quality of labor resources, the District People's Committee will continue to promote coordination in vocational training, labor export, and call on enterprises to invest in production to recruit local workers. When there is a quality labor source, it will meet the requirements of many jobs and tasks after the administrative unit is reorganized.
