Favorable conditions to improve the quality of XMC
In recent years, thanks to the promotion of the implementation of the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, Lang Son has achieved many positive results in socio-economic development. People are increasingly interested in their children's education, creating consensus in PCGD and XMC activities. In addition, local Party committees and authorities pay special attention to education, mobilizing the support and direct participation of the people, closely coordinating with the Department of Education and Training (DET) as well as socio- political organizations in implementing tasks.
In recent times, the Provincial People's Committee has continued to review and arrange the school system according to local practices, while standardizing the team of managers, teachers and staff, ensuring adequate qualifications and capacity to serve and improve the quality of education . This reasonable arrangement of human resources helps communes and districts achieve higher and sustainable standards of PCGD and XMC.
The education and training sector also promotes digital transformation in teaching and learning, organizes training and fostering, and implements competitions to meet the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
Training and fostering for cadres working in PCGD and XMC are focused. Over the implementation period, Lang Son province has summarized all the units that have implemented it, many units have taken the lead in applying digital transformation with positive results. Programs, projects and plans to improve people's knowledge, train local human resources, promote national cultural identity associated with the development of industrialization and modernization of the country have been effectively promoted.
Strengthening propaganda and improving implementation efficiency
According to the summary report on the 2024 XMC tasks, in 2025, Lang Son determined to continue to fully implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines on PCGD and XMC. The Provincial People's Committee has guided departments, branches and educational institutions to promptly deploy tasks, paying special attention to difficult areas.
In 2025, the Department of Education and Training will strengthen its direction to improve the quality of PCGD, develop plans, monitor progress, promptly remove difficulties, and coordinate with the Border Guard Command to deploy XMC in border communes. Units are directed to fully implement the regimes and policies for teachers and students participating in XMC work.
Lang Son requires the Education sector to be proactive and highly determined in advising and directing the grassroots through specific programs, plans and roadmaps. Training for PCGD and XMC officers is organized periodically, combined with inspection and recognition of results according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. At the same time, propaganda work is promoted, forms are diversified, all local resources are mobilized, promoting the initiative and creativity of officers, teachers and people.
The education sector also continues to maintain and improve professionalism in management processes, and maintain long-term stability of specialized staff. Strengthen the application of information technology in managing PCGD and XMC work. Develop plans and proactively implement solutions to ensure processes and safety in accordance with the development of disease prevention as well as the innovation of educational programs.
