Capacity building for community agricultural extension teams

Training course held in Ngan Thuy commune (Le Thuy).

Training courses were held in 7 localities, including: Ngu Thuy and Ngan Thuy communes (Le Thuy); Lien Trach and Hung Trach communes (Bo Trach); Tan Thanh and Hoa Son communes (Minh Hoa); Truong Xuan commune (Quang Ninh).

With a duration of 2 days/class, students will be taught the following contents: Community agricultural extension methods in planning local agricultural production; organizing agricultural commodity production; building brands and trademarks of agricultural products; good agricultural production, organic agriculture, green agriculture, circular agriculture; digital transformation in production, quality management of agricultural products, connecting markets for agricultural products.

In addition, students are also instructed on how to apply product traceability software to bring products to the digital market; instructions on recording books to track the production process, electronic diaries, traceability stamps, QR codes, accessing software, websites, digital transformation apps in the agricultural sector...

Director of the Provincial Center for Science and Technology Tran Thanh Hai said: At the end of the course, participants will gain knowledge, improve skills, and flexibly apply theory to practice to improve production and business efficiency, promote socio-economic development in localities to reach the new rural target in the period of 2021-2025.
