In 2005, after graduating from an intermediate level of economics , Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh was assigned to work in the border commune of Thuong Trach, where the majority of the Bru-Van Kieu people live, as a civil servant in the Office of Statistics. In the first days of working here, Mr. Chinh had to face many difficulties and challenges, due to difficult roads, difficult life of the people, with many backward customs and practices. Therefore, in addition to professional work, he often took advantage of time to go to the grassroots to grasp the life, familiarize himself with the customs and practices of the local people.

To complete the assigned tasks, Mr. Chinh has continuously studied to improve his professional qualifications and skills. With his own efforts and the help of the leaders of Thuong Trach commune, in 2013, Mr. Chinh graduated with a university degree in agricultural economics and in 2018 he graduated with a master's degree.

Previously, in 2015, Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh was elected Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuong Trach Commune in charge of the economic sector. In his new position, he regularly makes "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" one of the contents toeducate public ethics, enhance the sense of responsibility and awareness of serving the people of local government officials and civil servants.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh receives seedlings from sponsors to support people in planting forests.

In order to develop the socio-economy in the difficult mountainous villages, Bo Trach district has implemented the clever mass mobilization model "Each commune helps each village". To implement this policy, Mr. Chinh and the collective leadership of Thuong Trach commune have closely coordinated and consulted with the assigned communes and towns to help the villages in deploying and implementing the most effective projects, models and tasks.

Up to now, Thuong Trach commune has received support from 18/18 communes and towns in the district. The communes and towns have implemented 223 projects, models, and tasks, with a total value of more than 3.6 billion VND. The projects and tasks in this clever mass mobilization model are bringing about practical results, spreading strongly, not only helping poor households and poor villages overcome difficulties and improve their lives, but also contributing to strengthening the Party's solidarity and people's love.

He also directly directed and assigned cadres and civil servants in the commune to participate and directly participate in implementing the model "Party members stick with ethnic minorities". Over time, the model has gradually changed awareness, working methods, production, proactively rising up; eliminating backward customs, building a new cultural lifestyle in the community. Thanks to that, households, such as: Mrs. Y Mi, Mr. Dinh Ngoc, Mr. Dinh Kho... have been able to grow vegetable gardens around their houses and build barns to raise black geese, local pigs...

Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh himself has directly directed and guided the people to build models of socio-economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction for the people, such as: Planting acacia forests in Niu village; planting replacement forests in Troi village, Con Roang; raising black geese in Noong Cu, Co Do, 61, Cham Pu villages; raising local pigs in Khe Rung, Ban, Con Roang villages...

In addition, he has used support from charities to provide breeding cows to poor households in especially difficult circumstances to develop production and gradually escape poverty. Up to now, many households have risen out of poverty, such as: Mr. Dinh Vo in Khe Rung village, Mr. Dinh Hung in Ca Roong 1 village, Mr. Dinh Duong in Co Do village, Ms. Y Chay in But village...

With his efforts to contribute to local activities and emulation movements, Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh has received many certificates of merit from various levels and sectors. In particular, the Party Committee and the government of Thuong Trach commune always highly appreciate his capacity and prestige in performing assigned duties and tasks. At the same time, the image of an enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated leader serving the local people has become familiar and is respected and followed by the local people.
