Training on basic cultural skills

(QBĐT) - This morning, May 8, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the 2025 grassroots cultural training course.

Attending the event were representatives of leaders of relevant departments and branches, along with 163 trainees who are cultural officers at the district level, cultural officers of communes, wards and towns in the province.

During the training course, the trainees were introduced to the contents related to grassroots cultural profession by lecturers from Hanoi University of Culture, including: Preservation, exploitation and promotion of traditional cultural values ​​associated with sustainable tourism development; skills in building a model of folk cultural activity club/folk song and dance club associated with the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic groups; festival management work in communes, wards and towns in Quang Binh province at present.

Taking place over 2 days (May 8-9), the training course aims to foster and update knowledge and skills for cultural workers at the grassroots level, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of implementing movements and activities at the local level.
