Thanks to maintaining effective and stable production, Hoan My Company Limited is currently creating jobs for many local workers.

In just the last 5 years, Hoan My Company Limited has invested tens of billions of VND to equip automatic production lines and equipment. These include the 3, 5 and 7-layer corrugated lines, which help increase capacity 2.5 times compared to before, equivalent to a speed of 120 meters of product/minute. Notably, this line only requires 3 workers to operate, instead of 9 people as before, contributing to reducing labor costs and optimizing production efficiency. Moreover, the paper layers are positioned and corrugated accurately, creating a carton board with high durability, smooth surface and minimizing technical errors.

In addition to the corrugated line, Hoan My Company Limited also invested in other automatic lines and equipment such as automatic blank feeding lines into printers; automatic stapling machines... When put into operation, these modern equipments have contributed to significantly improving production efficiency.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, team leader of stage 2 of Hoan My Company Limited : Before the automatic blank feeding system, the factory had to arrange 4-5 workers to load blanks from the corrugated line to the printing machine. The manual process was not only inefficient but also difficult because the blanks after corrugation were often still hot, causing work interruptions. However, since the application of automatic technology - the automatic blank feeding system, this process has been significantly optimized.

Investing in modern production lines and equipment has helped Hoan My Company Limited not only increase productivity and reduce production costs but also improve product quality. The automatic system plays an important role in minimizing technical errors and ensuring product consistency. Thanks to that, the Company's products have achieved ISO 9001 certification for quality, meeting domestic market demand and serving export.

Currently, 90% of our packaged products use packaging from Hoan My Company.

By the end of 2024, the production and consumption of packaging of Hoan My Company Limited will reach 4.4 thousand tons. The company also creates jobs for more than 100 workers, with income ranging from 9 to 12 million VND per person per month.
