According to Colonel and writer Dang Vuong Hung - founder and president of the organization Soldier's Heart, the special feature of the police force is that all personal information is kept confidential, leaving almost no images.
Therefore, the restoration of the portrait is very difficult. Currently, this work is still being carried out by the organization Soldier's Heart in coordination with the Association of Former Police Officers of units and localities...
These color portraits will be presented by the Soldier's Heart organization to the Vietnam Women's Museum on August 7, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Restored color portrait of Mr. Duong Quang Tri - the organizer of the special radio program introducing President Ho Chi Minh's Declaration of Independence in September 1945.
In addition to the portraits of the four heroic female martyrs of the People's Public Security, this organization also presented the museum with four newly restored color portraits of Forever 20.
Among them is a portrait of revolutionary veteran Duong Quang Tri (1914 - 1983).
He was the one who directly participated in organizing a special radio program at Bach Mai Broadcasting Station, introducing President Ho Chi Minh's Declaration of Independence in September 1945; as well as the news broadcast of the order for the National Resistance of Minister of Defense Vo Nguyen Giap in December 1946.
