Railway industry updates train schedule due to floods from November 22-23

Due to the impact of floods in the South Central region, from November 17 to today, November 22, the railway industry has announced the suspension of 41 passenger trains.

On November 22, the industry stopped running SE4 and SE2 trains departing from Saigon station on November 22, from Saigon to Da Nang (only running from Da Nang to Hanoi on November 23).

Trains SE3 and SE1 depart from Hanoi station on November 22 and arrive at Da Nang as the final station (the section from Da Nang to Saigon is canceled).

For the section train, the railway industry stopped running trains SNT2 and SNT1 departing from Saigon and Nha Trang stations on November 22.

On November 23, trains SE6/SE8 and SE5/SE7 departing from Saigon and Hanoi will stop running. At the same time, trains SE22 and SE21 departing from Saigon and Da Nang will stop running.

Updated on November 21 when the road was able to move, the railway industry organized the transfer of nearly 300 passengers of trains SE2 and SE4 (stopping at Tuy Hoa station for 3 days) from Tuy Hoa station to Dieu Tri station to continue the journey.

On the morning of November 22, passengers on train SNT2 departing from Saigon station on November 19 were safely transferred by road from Thap Cham station to Nha Trang station.

The railway industry also announced that the train operation plan will be updated in the next bulletin, depending on the weather situation and overcoming the impact of local floods.
