Ms. Anara Uralova, General Director of One Click Travel, a travel agency with many holidaymakers in Nha Trang, assessed that the situation in the city center is still stable, the tourism infrastructure is operating normally and accommodation facilities continue to welcome guests. The short flooding has affected some residential areas in the suburbs, but the tourist center is still operating normally.
According to her, the company has made adjustments to its tour programs: some trips have been temporarily rescheduled or replaced with other routes for the safety and comfort of visitors. Some tourists preparing for vacation have asked questions about the recent flooding in Nha Trang, but there have been no significant disruptions or mass cancellations.
Meanwhile, Mr. Artur Muradyan, CEO of Space Travel, also said that the weather did not affect the resorts much. In addition to the favorite destination of Nha Trang, Russian tourists are shifting their winter travel to other areas such as Phu Quoc and Phan Thiet.
Mr. Andrey Podkolzin, Head of Public Relations of ITM Group, also assessed that although the floods affected beaches along the coast from Nha Trang to Phu Yen and Quy Nhon, the damage to hotels and resorts was not too serious. Meanwhile, the beaches are being cleaned as quickly as possible to serve tourists.
