On the evening of August 22, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) announced the benchmark scores for admission methods, in which, with the method of considering high school graduation exam scores in 2025 (method 100), the benchmark scores range from 24.17 to 26.09, with Chinese Studies continuing to lead the benchmark score but down 3.11 points compared to last year.
Three majors with a benchmark score of 25 or higher include international relations, English language, and international communications.
Last year, the admission score to the Diplomatic Academy based on high school graduation exam scores ranged from 25.37 to 29.2, with the highest being Chinese Studies in the C00 group (literature, history, geography).
Of the eight training majors, two majors have a benchmark score of 29 or higher in the C00 group, including international communication and Chinese studies.
This year, the Diplomatic Academy plans to enroll 2,200 students with four admission methods, including direct admission and priority admission; combined consideration of academic records and international certificates/international standardized competency tests; combined consideration of high school graduation exam results and international certificates/international standardized competency tests; consideration of high school graduation exam results.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the Diplomatic Academy plans to keep tuition fees the same as last year.
Specifically, the tuition fee is 4.5 million VND/month/student for majors in international relations, English language, international economics , international law, international communication, and international business.
Asia- Pacific studies major is expected to be 3.6 million VND/month; international commercial law major is expected to be 3.4 million VND/month.
