Construction industry affirms its role in the development of the province

With the important contribution of the Construction industry, the appearance of urban and rural areas in the province has changed significantly; many bright, green, clean, beautiful urban areas have appeared; modern, sustainable, and rich in identity. Ha Giang City has many outstanding public works, creating highlights for the city such as: 26.3 Square, Green Park, Provincial Museum, Water Dam; the quality of construction works is increasingly concerned and improved; construction enterprises are increasingly growing, with enough capacity to design, supervise, and construct key projects, having a great impact on the socio-economic development of the province.

Regarding the management of construction investment and construction quality alone, in the first quarter of 2025, with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the project, avoiding loss and waste in investment, the Construction sector has done a good job of project appraisal, appraisal of technical economic reports, appraisal of construction drawing designs - estimates, participating in project appraisal and participating in investment policy proposals. Organizing inspections of acceptance work to put the project into use, inspections during the construction process with 22 projects and project items. Affirming its key role, the provincial Construction sector is continuing to perform well its role and responsibilities, determined to successfully implement the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Focusing on implementing well the planning and construction investment work, accelerating the urbanization speed in Ha Giang city, district centers, communes and towns; improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of construction investment; promoting the application of digital technology; reforming administrative procedures effectively and substantially; advising on perfecting the system of legal documents on construction and planning; supporting the development of construction enterprises; actively advising on tasks and solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of construction investment; creating a solid foundation for socio-economic development. Resolutely and effectively implement Resolution No. 23, dated December 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on urban development in the province, period 2021-2025, orientation to 2030; promote synchronous, sustainable urban development, in harmony with the landscape, environment, natural space and cultural identity of the province, associated with improving the quality of material and spiritual life of the people; strive for the urbanization rate of the whole province to reach 30% or more by 2025.
