December 19: Inauguration and groundbreaking of many large projects to welcome the 14th National Party Congress

Party and State leaders cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Vietnam Exhibition Center to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed an official dispatch on preparations for organizing inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for large-scale and meaningful projects and works to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

To summarize the 5-year journey (2021-2025) of implementing the strategic breakthrough in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure according to the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, affirming the socio-economic achievements that have been achieved and creating new momentum and motivation for the next development stage, marking an important political milestone of the country, welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Government continues to organize the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies of major projects and works nationwide (online connection to all projects and works).

The event will be held on December 19 to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

To ensure thorough, quality and successful preparation for this important event, the Prime Minister requested ministries, sectors, localities, corporations, general companies, etc. to focus all resources, make efforts to accelerate and make further breakthroughs to speed up the construction progress of projects and works of the sector, agencies, affiliated units and localities in charge, quickly put the projects into operation, and ensure quality.

At the same time, for projects and works with plans for inauguration and commencement, it is necessary to promptly complete legal procedures and documents to fully meet the conditions according to regulations.

Each ministry, sector, locality, corporation, general company, private enterprise, and FDI enterprise strives to have at least 2 projects and works that meet the conditions for inauguration or commencement.

Ministry of Construction - The standing agency presides over and coordinates with the Government Office, relevant ministries and local branches to review the list of projects and works to ensure conditions for organizing inauguration and groundbreaking.

The Prime Minister requested to prepare all material and technical conditions to organize this important inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony.
