On June 24, the National Assembly will hold a separate meeting on personnel work.

On the afternoon of June 22, with 446/455 (90.2%) delegates participating in the vote in favor, the National Assembly approved the adjustment of the program of the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly.

According to Secretary General of the National Assembly Bui Van Cuong, the adjustment of the program was proposed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court to the National Assembly for approval of the appointment of judges of the Supreme People's Court at the 5th session.

Mr. Cuong said that the content related to the appointment of Supreme People's Court judges will be considered by the National Assembly on June 24.

According to the meeting agenda, on June 23, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Law on Bidding (amended) and discuss in the hall the draft Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones.

At the same time, the National Assembly voted to pass a resolution on taking a vote of confidence and a vote of no confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly or People's Council (amended).

Next, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the draft Law on Real Estate Business (amended).

On June 24, the National Assembly will work on the last day of the session and conclude. In the morning, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese Citizens and the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam.

Immediately after that, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the draft Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level.

At 11am on June 24, the National Assembly will hold a separate meeting on personnel matters. At the same time, it will vote to pass a resolution to pilot a number of special mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Vote on the resolution on the results of thematic supervision of "mobilization, management and use of resources for Covid-19 prevention and control; implementation of policies and laws on grassroots health care and preventive medicine".

The National Assembly then continued to meet separately on personnel work.

In the closing session of the same day, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Resolution on questions and answers; vote to pass the Resolution of the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly, which stipulates:

Adjustment of investment policy for Ka Pet reservoir project, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province.

Continuing to implement the policy of reducing value added tax by 2% according to Resolution 43 of the National Assembly and the policy of investing in additional charter capital for the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered a closing speech at the session .
