On April 30, the Hoa Binh cruise ship will arrive in Ha Long.

The survey team of Hoa Binh ship came to learn about the preparation work and port infrastructure at Ha Long International Passenger Port, March 2025.

This is the 120th voyage of the Hoa Binh ship. This cruise departs from Yokohama, Japan and Ha Long, Vietnam is the 4th destination on the itinerary.

In Ha Long, the delegation will visit a number of locations to experience local culture and cuisine ; at the same time, organize cultural exchanges and display and exhibit paintings and photos. The highlight of the ship's activities in Ha Long is the exchange program "Continuing the story of peace". Representatives of Nobel Peace Prize-winning organizations and international delegates on the Peace ship will exchange and share with the Vietnamese delegation about the topic of protecting world peace in the current context.

During this voyage, the Peace Ship plans to organize a special project to commemorate 80 years since the end of World War II with the theme “Time for Peace”.

The Peace Ship is an organization that works for peace, in line with Vietnam's foreign policy and viewpoints. In particular, the 2025 voyage will have the participation of representatives of the organization that received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2017 and 2024, along with peace experts from countries in the region. Moreover, the ship's arrival at the port coincides with the anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30) - a major historical milestone, symbolizing the Vietnamese people's aspiration for peace - creating a favorable opportunity for Vietnam to strengthen international cooperation, promote foreign information and people's diplomacy, promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam as peace-loving, friendly, hospitable, and spread the message of peace, cooperation and development.

Previously, in March 2025, the delegation of the organization managing and operating the Peace Boat cruise ship (Japan) together with a number of travel agencies and shipping agents in Vietnam learned about the procedures for welcoming cruise ship passengers in Quang Ninh, the preparation for welcoming, and the cruise ship infrastructure system. In addition, the delegation also directly surveyed tourist routes such as: Visiting Ha Long Bay, some famous places in Ha Long City and experiencing Yen Duc village (Dong Trieu City) to ensure the best conditions for tourists. The members of the survey delegation highly appreciated and were surprised by the warm welcome, as well as the efforts of the Quang Ninh Tourism Department in creating conditions for the delegation to dock in Ha Long and connect cruise ships in the coming time.
