Accordingly, all preschool, general education , continuing education, vocational education, and higher education institutions (collectively referred to as educational institutions) in the province will organize the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on September 5, 2025, with a live television program on VTV1 channel and online connection from the National Convention Center (Hanoi) to educational institutions nationwide.

Specifically: From 7:30 to 8:00, educational institutions proactively organize at their units a number of appropriate activities such as welcoming students at the beginning of the school year; declaring the reason, introducing delegates; performing arts, brief collective activities (if any). From 8:00 to 9:30, all staff, teachers, students and pupils attend the program organized by the Ministry of Education and Training , via online connection from the National Convention Center (Hanoi) or live broadcast on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television. Expected program: Welcoming performance; flag salute, declaring the reason, introducing delegates; speech by the Minister of Education and Training; screening of films on 80 years of education for national development; speeches by representatives of outstanding students; speeches and drumbeats for the opening ceremony by General Secretary To Lam; awarding noble titles of the Party and State to the Ministry of Education and Training; receive the General Secretary's instructions and close the ceremony.
