Youth Union members of Tho Xuan commune launched a campaign to clean up the environment on Green Sunday.

In Tho Lap commune, responding to Green Sunday to create green - clean - beautiful roads, union members and youths personally painted the beauty of natural landscapes and daily life on the walls of the cultural houses of village 1, village 2 Phuc Boi and village 13 with a total length of nearly 100m. Each painting on the wall is attached with meaningful messages after being completed, contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of each union member, youth as well as of the people to join hands to protect the environment, maintain traffic order and safety, prevent school violence; encourage people to join hands to build advanced new rural areas.

In Nga Son commune, responding to Green Sunday, the Commune Youth Union has launched many specific and practical tasks. Notably, it has mobilized a large number of union members and youth to participate in sweeping and collecting garbage on the central roads of the commune. Clearing bushes, unclogging sewers at agencies and schools, cleaning residential areas, village roads and alleys. Through the activities, it has contributed to spreading the spirit of volunteerism and environmental protection awareness in the community; at the same time, promoting the pioneering role of Nga Son youth in building a green - clean - beautiful homeland.

In Hac Thanh ward, combining the implementation of the movement to build a civilized urban area with the Green Sunday campaign, the ward Youth Union coordinated to organize an environmental cleaning campaign; removing dirty advertisements along Hung Vuong Avenue. Thereby, it contributed to building the image of Hac Thanh ward as green - clean - beautiful, civilized and modern.

Implementing Resolution No. 05 of the Provincial Party Committee, the Thieu Hoa Commune Youth Union organized activities in response to the Green Sunday movement, attracting hundreds of union members and youth to participate. With diverse contents such as: planting flowers on the roadside, propagating the law, renovating mixed gardens, building new rural areas, cleaning up the environment of village roads and alleys, clearing bushes, beautifying office and school grounds... a large number of union members and youth periodically organized weekly and monthly activities to propagate environmental protection, collect waste to implement environmental criteria. These are meaningful and practical activities, thereby contributing to creating a vibrant atmosphere, at the same time raising awareness and responsibility for environmental protection among union members and youth, linking team work and children's movements in schools with local movement activities.

Right from the beginning of the year, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has strengthened propaganda, education , and implementation of environmental protection work to all levels of the Youth Union through programs, action plans, and criteria for monthly and quarterly emulation evaluation. At the same time, it has directed the Youth Union bases to register to undertake youth projects and tasks, such as: green - clean - beautiful youth self-managed roads; youth tree gardens and flower beds in schools, agencies, and units; launching campaigns to remove and remove illegal advertisements and classified ads... Campaigns to clean and beautify the environment have become regular activities of the Youth Union bases. 100% of the Youth Union bases have organized Volunteer Saturdays and Green Sundays. According to statistics from the Provincial Youth Union, in the first 9 months of 2025, the entire Union planted more than 300,000 new trees; Organized simultaneous campaigns to respond to Green Sunday, attracting more than 50,000 cadres, union members and youth to participate. Along with that, continued to maintain the effective operation of 540 club models "Youth volunteers to protect the environment", "Youth protect the homeland river" model.
