(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Nghe An will organize a Countdown 2026 art program combined with high-altitude fireworks, hoping to create a tourism highlight and a vibrant atmosphere to welcome the new year.

On the afternoon of December 17th, the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced detailed information about the preparations for the Countdown program to welcome 2026, affirming that the event will be meticulously organized and will ensure security and safety for tens of thousands of people and tourists.

Organizational arrangements, crowd management, fire safety, medical services, and traffic control were implemented early to accommodate the large scale of the event.

The New Year's Eve high-altitude fireworks display will be conducted in strict accordance with government regulations, using privately funded resources and fully adhering to technical procedures to ensure absolute safety.

The New Year's Eve Countdown 2026 art program, combined with a high-altitude fireworks display, will take place on the evening of December 31st at the Square of Lights (VinWonders Cua Hoi, Cua Lo Ward).

This is considered a large-scale cultural and tourism event, attracting the attention of many local people and tourists, marking the beginning of a series of cultural and entertainment activities in Nghe An province in 2026.

The modern outdoor stage, equipped with a professional sound and lighting system, will be the gathering place for many young singers, DJs, rappers, dance troupes, and artists from the Nghe An Provincial Traditional Arts Center.

The organizers said the performances were staged in a youthful, energetic spirit, reflecting the image of a dynamic, integrated, and constantly evolving Nghe An.

Besides its artistic value, Countdown 2026 is also expected to contribute to promoting the image of Cua Lo - a coastal tourism center of North Central Vietnam - to a wide range of tourists.

Immediately after the New Year's Eve countdown, the sky over Cua Lo beach will be illuminated by a 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display. This is the most anticipated performance, promising an impressive moment and marking the beginning of 2026 with many positive expectations.

With a combination of music, lighting, an outdoor stage, and fireworks, the Countdown 2026 event is expected to create a vibrant and warm atmosphere, attracting a large number of locals and tourists to Cua Lo beach to welcome the new year.
