At the program, staff, teachers and more than 1,300 students of the school watched literary works about the Northwest with a new perspective through songs and scenes performed by students of Son La High School for the Gifted, such as: A Phu's Wife (writer To Hoai); Xong chu xon xao (literature of the Thai ethnic group). At the same time, they interacted and talked with the guests and learned about the value of literature about the Northwest for the spiritual and cultural life associated with the customs and practices of the people.

On this occasion, Son La High School for the Gifted awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes in the contest "Writing thoughts on literary works exploiting the Northwest theme" for the school's students.
