“I am sure you understand that after many weeks of discussions with Pau FC, I went directly to the Board of Directors to request Quang Hai's release at the end of this season.
Therefore, I personally met with President Frey-Laporte Bernard and reached an agreement for Quang Hai to end the season with Pau FC on June 30, 2023.
The President of Pau FC happily accepted our request and we thank him for that.
We thank Pau Club for giving Quang Hai the opportunity to come to France and play in Ligue 2. Thank you to everyone who has always supported us during this time.

Since returning to Pau FC after the AFF Cup 2022, Quang Hai has no longer been able to maintain his position in the squad.
The star born in 1997 is often removed from the list of players for the Pau FC first team by coach Tholot.
