Albanian beauty representative Drita Ziri was crowned Miss Earth 2023 in the final night that just ended at Diamond Square, Van Phuc Urban Area, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City after 1 month. Vietnam's representative, Miss Do Thi Lan Anh, won the 2nd runner-up title - Miss Water.

This is the second time Vietnam has hosted and organized the entire competition since 2010. The competition attracted 85 contestants from various countries and territories.
This year's representative of Vietnam is beauty Do Thi Lan Anh. She was born in 1997, graduated from California State University of Fullerton (USA), is 1.71m tall, and has measurements of 85-60-95cm. Do Thi Lan Anh was crowned Miss Earth Vietnam in October in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the final night, the contestants competed in Ao Dai, swimsuit and evening gown. The top 8 contestants were selected to present a presentation on environmental protection messages. The top 8 included representatives from the Netherlands, Brazil, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Albania, Thailand and Russia.
The titles of 1st Runner-up Miss Earth Air went to Philippines representative Yllana Marie Aduana, and 3rd Runner-up Miss Earth Fire went to Thai contestant Cora Bliault.
Miss Drita Ziri is only 18 years old this year, a student majoring in Tourism and Event Management.
In 2018, Vietnamese representative Nguyen Phuong Khanh won the Miss Earth crown for the first time.
