Quang Tri electricity workers donated 264 units of blood

This morning, December 4, Quang Tri Electricity Company coordinated with the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center - Hue Central Hospital to organize a voluntary blood donation activity.

This is an event in response to the 10th EVN Pink Week held from December 2-8, 2024 nationwide with the message "Responsibility - Affection".

In Quang Tri alone, nearly 300 people including officials, workers in the electricity industry, partner units and local people registered to donate blood, collecting 264 units of blood, of which 126 people donated 350ml.

After 10 times of organization, EVN Pink Week program has become a familiar activity not only for electricity workers but also a voluntary blood donation meeting place for local people. The activity has contributed to increasing the reserve blood supply for patient treatment.

It is known that the 10th EVN Pink Week in 2024 is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnam Electricity (December 21, 1954-2024).
