Four days ago, Ms. Nguyen Thi Luan (District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) flew to Hanoi to see her daughter. Having been away from her daughter for many years due to the nature of her job, this year Ms. Luan decided to put everything aside and spend about 10 days to accompany, care for, and encourage her daughter during this very important high school graduation exam.
"I spend all my time with my child, cooking the dishes he likes to eat, and talking to him to help him feel comfortable psychologically. I also take him to and from exams myself and will wait here so that when he finishes the exam, he will see me right away," Ms. Luan shared.

After her child finishes the exam, Ms. Luan will have to return to Ho Chi Minh City immediately to take care of some work. She said that after arranging the time, she will take her child on a trip to "relax" after the stressful exam period.
On the morning of June 26, more than 124,000 candidates in Hanoi took the Literature exam. As it was the first exam, many parents lingered in front of the school gate, anxious and nervous after taking their children to the exam site.

Sharing with VietNamNet reporters, many parents said they could hardly sleep last night. Many parents woke up very early to cook sticky rice and beans, perform rituals... hoping their children would be healthy and achieve high results in this important exam.
