What is the difference between being called up to the Czech Republic national team and the Vietnamese national team?

- I think there is not much difference in terms of emotions because these are the first times I have been called up to the national team. I have Czech and Vietnamese blood in me. Therefore, both times being called up mean a lot to me. I feel great because my teammates are very friendly. I think everything is perfect.

What do you think about your new teammates in the Vietnam team?

- I think they are all the best players, worthy of wearing the Vietnam national team jersey. I believe the team will achieve success.

What difficulties do you and your teammates on the Vietnamese national team face before the 2023 Asian Cup?

- For me, the difficulty comes from finding a common voice in playing style with my teammates. We don't have the opportunity to play together often. Besides, I also have difficulty understanding my teammates and how to make them understand me. I need to learn Vietnamese faster.

Who was your roommate when you joined the Vietnam national team?

- My roommate is goalkeeper Dinh Trieu of Hai Phong Club. He is older than me. I am not the oldest player in the team. That is fun. Dinh Trieu is very nice and tries to help me in many different aspects. He also helps me learn many new Vietnamese words and translates into English for me in meetings or training sessions. Dinh Trieu is a great friend.

What do your new teammates say about your Vietnamese speaking ability?

- Yes. They help me a lot but sometimes they make fun of me. My Vietnamese pronunciation is not good so sometimes I say something funny.

What do you want to share with fans ahead of the 2023 Asian Cup?

- I want to thank everyone. I feel the great support from everyone during this time. I believe that the whole team will achieve success.
