Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company has just announced the list of candidates nominated for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to take place on June 21. Among them is the name of a member from Sacombank .

Specifically, Bamboo Airways introduced 7 members for shareholders to elect to the Board of Directors for the 2023 - 2028 term. There are 4 old members from the recent list of the Board of Directors including Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trong - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Doan Huu Doan, Mr. Le Ba Nguyen and Mr. Le Thai Sam. In addition, there are 3 new members including Mr. Phan Dinh Tue, Mr. Hideki Oshima, Mr. Tran Hoa Binh.

Notably, Mr. Phan Dinh Tue (born in 1966) is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Sacombank for the 2022-2026 term. Mr. Tue also holds the position of Deputy General Director of Sacombank and has just resigned from the position since June 15. At Sacombank, he joined the work since 2012 and joined the Board of Directors of this bank since April 2022.

According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, this year's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Bamboo Airways takes place before the end of the term of the current Board of Directors. Therefore, the members agreed to resign so that shareholders can elect members for the new term 2023 - 2028.
