Nguyen Thu Hang sings about Vo Thi Sau in the music night 'Dedicated Aspiration'

The emotional performance of the Aspiration for Dedication Art Program was held recently. The event was organized by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, as part of a series of activities towards the 9th Emulation Congress “For National Security” (2025-2030 period), towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.

Not simply an art performance, Aspiration for Dedication is a journey to spread positive life values, inspire dedication and arouse a sense of responsibility in the young generation.

Thu Hang performed two songs "Grateful to Ms. Vo Thi Sau" and "Volunteer" in the program.

The stories from the advanced models honored at the program left a deep echo, arousing the will and determination of the youth, helping union members and young people have more motivation and goals to strive for, understand and trust the police force more, as well as contribute to protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety.

The program is divided into 3 parts: Proud of tradition, Our heart shines with golden stars and Brilliant thousands of Vietnamese dreams.

Participating in the concert, Nguyen Thu Hang left an impression on the audience with her emotional performance of the songs Thankful to Ms. Vo Thi Sau and Volunteer. She also harmonized with other artists in the song Vietnamese Hearts, bringing moments of artistic pride and connection.

Nguyen Thu Hang emotionally expressed: "I am truly proud to be able to sing with young artists in a meaningful program like "Aspiration for Dedication". When standing on stage and looking down at the faces of the young soldiers in the audience, not only me but all the artists felt moved.

They are advanced examples, exemplary members and young people of the People's Public Security Force who always try their best in their assigned tasks. Their stories not only inspire the youth in the public security sector but also give us, the artists, more motivation in our artistic journey."

Nguyen Thu Hang said she was especially moved when she learned that in the auditorium there were nearly 2,000 officers and soldiers from the parade groups preparing for the A80 event - the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

The singer was moved to perform for a special audience, at a meaningful event.

Sharing after the program, Nguyen Thu Hang said that recently she has been regularly following the training process of officers and soldiers preparing for the A80 event. She was impressed and grateful for the soldiers' resilient and persistent spirit despite having to practice continuously in hot and erratic weather for many days.

The singer believes that all of those efforts are aimed at the important celebration that not only she, but also the people of the whole country are eagerly waiting for. When standing on the stage of Aspiration for Dedication, she clearly felt that spirit spreading and was fueled with enthusiasm to sing with all her own aspirations and youthfulness.

Nguyen Thu Hang is one of the typical folk singers of the young generation of artists. She not only stands out thanks to her Sao Mai championship achievement but also was awarded the title of “Typical Young Face of the Capital” in 2018.
