On August 15, at the August Revolution Square ( Hanoi ), singer Nguyen Thu Hang emotionally sang the song Tien Quan Ca by musician Van Cao with nearly 1,000 artists in the program Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945. This was a solemn and emotional opening ceremony, taking place right before the flag-raising ceremony.

Sharing about this special moment, the 2015 Sao Mai Folk Music Champion emotionally said: “I am so proud and honored that it is hard to describe in words when I stand on August Revolution Square, singing along with fellow artists to the sacred National Anthem of the Fatherland.

Before the National Anthem, Nguyen Thu Hang and other artists performed a medley about Hanoi's heroic years in combat. She participated in two performances , The Call of Youth and Nineteen August .

With the image of a female militia, Thu Hang and other artists recreated the seething revolutionary atmosphere of Hanoi in 1945. This epic staging contributed to leading the audience's emotions before the moment of singing the National Anthem.

In Part 5 - Chapter 3 of the program - Nguyen Thu Hang also participated in performing the song "Praise the Fatherland". This is a performance in the series reflecting the image of the Capital in peacetime, the working people, building a civilized, modern city after historical ups and downs.

Sharing after the show, the female singer said that being able to participate in a large-scale program with the participation of many famous artists was an honor for her. In particular, the coincidence that the performance date coincided with the 10th anniversary of her coronation as Sao Mai made this experience even more meaningful.

“Being able to sing the National Anthem right at the 10-year milestone in my career is something I think I will remember for a long time. This is also a reminder for me to continue to strive in my career, contributing a small part to the overall development of art and the country,” the female singer expressed.

Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945 is a key art event of the capital on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The program is staged into 3 chapters, 6 acts, focusing on recreating important historical milestones of Hanoi and the country over the past 80 years.

The program not only has artistic value but also conveys a message of patriotism, national pride, gratitude to previous generations, and evokes the responsibility of today's young generation.
