Phuc Loc Commune is made up of Nghi Lam, Nghi Cong Nam, Nghi Cong Bac, Nghi My communes, belonging to the old Nghi Loc district. This place is famous for the season of growing chives, when people often go into the forest to collect pine needles to cover the rows of chives, bringing the dual effect of reducing the risk of forest fires as well as increasing the yield and quality of chives.
